Since 1989, we have delivered build-to-order desktops, notebooks and servers to the ISV, OEM, value added reseller and system integrator channels. We seek a Vice President of Product Management and Marketing to report directly to the CEO and lead the companys efforts to position itself as a visionary leader in the industry. The role will be responsible for all strategy and deliverables concerning corporate marketing, partner/channel marketing, product marketing and product management with the goal of acquiring and growing customer base across all marketing channels.

|Duties:|| Develop marketing strategies to efficiently drive new customer acquisition through multiple channels.|
Lead marketing research into consumer insight and industry trends.
Lead data analysis of advertising and marketing efforts.
Drive the planning process for all channels to support product line goals.
Provide strategic development and execution of all marketing concepts.
Use deep understanding of the ROI of our investments and the opportunities to scale across customers and channels.
Build awareness, interest and trial of key product lines through development of effective online creative and messaging strategies.
Monitor all media investments to budget and efficiency goals.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize conversion of site visitors/registrants to customers through an integrated promotional and messaging strategy as well as cohesive customer experience.
Continuously evaluate marketing strategies and methodologies based on measurement and testing.
Develop & manage marketing budget.
Lead cross-functional product management teams.
Work with engineering, customers and executive staff to define next generation products.
Align team practices to the companys mission and values.
Identify and implement technology to improve marketing processes and measurement.
Use skills and abilities to work closely with the CEO and other senior staff counterparts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
A minimum of 10-15 years' executive level marketing management experience with direct involvement in marketing, product management, and user experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience and strong executive presence.
Track record of successful marketing strategies developed for a department or product, preferably in computer hardware, servers, and data storage.
Experience in market/customer research and analysis, segmentation and competitive analysis.
Deep knowledge of and experience with traditional online and marketing platforms.
Experience developing and managing entire marketing budget.
Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business success.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
