As an Inside Sales Manager you will lead, motivate, and develop our team of solutions sales consultants who generate new business through inbound/outbound sales contacts with small businesses that demonstrate interest in our solution. Additionally, you will create and implement improvements to our sales processes and procedures to enhance RazorSyncís "best-in-class" customer service experience that anchors long lasting customer relationships. Calculating sales bonus plans, handling escalated customer issues, and reinforcing sales goals round out the key job responsibilities.
We are especially interested in talking to you if you have a college degree, a passion for mobile technology, experience leading a software sales team, a track record of improving your teamís sales performance through training and development, and are comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment filled with change, challenge, and risk/reward.
