Description:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) must have the ability to build long term relationships and interact with customers to provide information in response to sales orders, policy, procedure, products and services. The CSR must be able to communicate and relay pertinent information, and improvements to both internal and external customers. Provide empathy to customers with complaints while providing 6 Square Cabinets (6SQ) policy and procedure with the best interest of 6SQ and the customer. CSR must be accurate and detailed in documenting and processing information and orders. The CSR must have the ability to explain and train both internal and external customers on policy, procedure, software uses (20/20), and 6SQ Order Status. The CSR needs to be able to communicate all information with patients, professionalism and courtesy in person, with email and on the phone.
Duties: Answer phone and emails and respond to external and internal request
Process orders for product and place into computer system
Provide customers with information on product, policy and procedure
Identify, research, and be the point person to resolve customer issues (internal and external)
Qualifications: One to two years Customer Service experience
Computer literate with basic skills in Word, Excel, Web, and Outlook Email
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to multi task
Detail orientated
